JazzNet247 was established in 1994 and has been promoting jazz on the internet and especially the music of the independent artists and labels worldwide.

JazzNet247 Radio not only features the household names of the Smooth Jazz, Vocal and Brazilian genres but introduces many independent artists and labels each week.

We would like to hear from any artist who thinks that their music would fit into our show's format.

The project has always been a ' Labour Of Love ' and my personal ' thank you ' to the jazz music industry which has given me so much pleasure as a performer, broadcaster and fan.

Working with a major label like Sony Jazz for six years in the UK was a dream come true as they had arguably the greatest jazz catalogue known to man. I designed their websites, artist's E-Cards, ENewsletter and wrote album reviews for them until they merged with BMG in 2006.

Our show is slowly catching fire now with the help of all the indie artists who we feature on the shows, their own networking on sites like FaceBook, MySpace, Twitter, Reverb Nation etc have expanded the StreetJazz Show's fan base.

Keep spreading the word as it does help the artists find new listeners for their music on a weekly basis.

Our show is broadcast legally through our host LIVE365.com each week who pay royalties to the artists and although they insert their own adverts on their normal listening mode, we hope it doesn't spoil your enjoyment of the show too much. VIP listeners pay six or seven bucks a month and lose the adverts.

Our show has just reached the ' Exceptional Rating ' at LIVE365 which makes the 30 or 40 hours per week needed to produce the show worthwhile.

We are self funded so please excuse the production of the show as all of the many thousands of pounds that it costs to produce the show annually is met by our parent company AGMAMI.com. It would be great to find a sponsor and expand the show and the website but that is unlikely to happen.
