After Danny White helped her record a demo, Basia was signed to Epic and released her debut solo album "Time and Tide" in 1987.
After her first two albums went platinum, Basia took some time off from music. Her latest album, "The Sweetest Illusion" was released in 1994.
Basia has completed several tours in support of her albums, including six nights at the landmark Neil Simon Theater on Broadway in New York City.
She's received great reviews for her shows, including one published in the Orange County Register (covering Los Angeles), which said ''Basia and her group delivered a solid, well-paced show, never shying from complex studio arrangements...The crowd shouted for 3 encores '.
