Marcin specializes in wind instruments such as flute, bassoon, clarinet, harmonica, and Electric Wind Instrument-EWI, however, he favoures the saxophone.

Ever since his early childhood he has known that music was the path to be taken in his life. In order to commit his life to it, Marcin started his music education at a Music Primary School in Pruszkow, starting with the piano classes. Consequently, he acquired admission at the J.Elsner’s Music Academy in Warsaw, where he studied playing bassoon. Even though Marcin enjoyed the classes and found them very interesting, he still hadn't fulfilled his biggest dream, which was to play the sax. Thus, he moved off to F. Chopin's Jazz Music Academy, where he finally got the chance to take saxophone classes. The new school gave him the opportunity to join in with H.Majewski's Septet and the F.Chopin’s Big Band, winning many music competitions with them.

The time he spent at the Jazz Music Academy was favorable for Marcin for a number of reasons. He created a band called Woops! He also got a chance to be taught by many specialists such as Zbigniew Namyslowski, Mariusz Fazi Mielczarek, and, in later years, Eric Marienthal.

After finishing the Academy, Marcin went on to play with the Metro musical band. In 1996 Wojtek Pilichowski, who is a top Polish bass player, invited him to perform with Pilichowski Band on Yamaha Days Festivas. In 1997, during the recording session of Natalia Kukulska’s album, Wojtek Olszak, one of the best Polish producers, noticed Marcins’s talent and offered him to play with Woobie Doobie. As a result of it in ‘97 Marcin became a member of this band. Concert with Natalia Kukulska in February 2002 was a significant event for Marcin, when he got a chance to perform with Josse Carreras playing Cole Porter’s Jazz standartd “Night and Day”. He took part in creating movie tracks to “Zakochani” by P. Weresniak, and Janusz Zaorski's “Bialo-Czerwono-Czarny” (a film about Emanuel Olisadebe life). He took a part in many festivals such as Sopot Festival ‘97, Opole Festival in 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, and Country Picnic in 2000 and 2001.

In his career he also collaborated with artist like Jeff Lorber, Paul Jackson Jr., Michael Landau, Lenny Castro, Dave Weckl, Tony Moore, Alex Al, Jeff Pescetto, Chelsea Nicole, Paul Brown, Caroline Henderson, Jose Carreras, Simon Philips, Reni Jusis, Kasia Kowalska, Wojtek Pilichowski Band, Natalia Kukulska (for her records he got golden, platinum and double platinum plate), Reni Jusis, Kasia Kowalska, Wojtek Pilichowski Band, Andrzej Cierniewski, Boguslaw Bagsik, Maryla Rodowicz, Funky Filon, P.U.F, Jan Bo, Sylwia Wisniewska, Ania Szarmach, Siedem, Whoops, Maciek i Kuba Moleda, Robert Amirian, Members of Pozytywne Wibracje & Kayah, Josse Carreras, Yak, Orkiestra Janusza Stoklosy, Halina Frackowiak, Piasek, Mietek Szczesniak, Marek Bilinski, De Mono, and Friends.
As a musician, Marcin has found it comfortable to play various kinds of music such as country (with A.Cierniewski), hip-hop (with Funky Filon), or electronic music (with M.Bilinski).
