He later studied music with Marvin Tropolsky, head bassist of the metropolitan opera house. At age 19 he did his first tour of Europe,which brought his attention to Conny Plank, the internationally known Producer of Kraftwerk, Ultravox, NEU! Brian Eno, and Euyrithmics, to name a few.
Raoul moved to Dusseldorf, Germany to work with Conny, and Recorded Bass with these and other acts. A highlight was the First albulm from rap group WHODINI, where Raoul played on the hits, “Rap Machine”and “Nasty Lady”
Raoul has Played wit h Dom Um Romao, Aierto, Urbaniak, Rainer Truby Trio, Elliot Sharp, Waldeck, NEU! Einstützende Neubauten, Brian Eno,and Many others.
Raoul has produced many CD´S of Brazillian Music, RnB, Rock and Jazz and is currently working on a New CD of “Slow Jam” ballads.
