Guarani Banana features: Romero Lubambo, Paulo Braga, Mark Soskin, Mitch Stein, David Finck and others.

With a whole lot of work accomplished, Zé Luis has passed the incredible mark of 320 albums recorded as a studio musician in Brazil and USA. He also performed as a sideman with musicians like Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Gal Costa, Bebel Gilberto, Ivy, Astaire/Blondfire, Grupo Miguelito, JJ Sansaverino, Rita Marley, Spearhead, Tania Maria, Banda Black Rio, Tom Tom Club, The Wailers, Milo Z, Ricardo Silveira, Passport German Jazz Band, Paulinho da Viola, Ney Matogrosso, Cazuza, Lobão, Mario Adnet and many other international artists, whose diverse styles expanded his range as a sax and flute player and inspired him as a composer, arranger and producer.
